摘　　要：利用竞争抑制免疫层析的原理对某种市售金标试纸条进行优化。结果表明,当用0.007g/mL的硼氢化钾溶液对试纸条优化后,使得该快速检测金标试纸条对结果的判断更准确、清晰,避免了误判。研究说明优化后的试纸条可以用于现场操作,方法简单快捷,灵敏度高(检测限2.0μg/L),在水产品质量安全执法中和推行水产品市场准入制度方面具有很高的应用和推广价值。A certain gold standard test strip was optimized based on the principle of competitive inhibition immuno- chromatography. It was found that the gold standard test strip can provide a more accurate and clearer result, when optimized with a 0. 007g/ml potassium borohydride solution, and thus reduce the possibility of misjudgment. This simple, fast and high sensitive （detection limit of 2.0txg/L） method can be used for on -site operation, and it will have a high application and promotion value in the quality and safety law enforcement of aquatic products and imple- mentation of the market access system of aquatic products.
