颅后窝肿瘤CT漏诊原因分析(附10例报告)

摘　　要：目的　提高颅后窝肿瘤CT诊断准确性。方法　收集 10例CT漏诊 ,本院手术病理证实的颅后窝肿瘤 ,就其漏诊原因进行分析。结果　 10例CT漏诊的颅后窝肿瘤中 ,小脑蚓部实质性肿瘤 7例 ,桥脑小脑角听神经瘤 3例。结论　重视脑室的形态变化 ,采取薄层和增强扫描 。Objective To improve accuracy of CT diagnosis of posterior fossa tumors. Methods 10 cases of CT missed-diagnosis of posterior fossa tumors surgically and pathologically proved were analyzed. Results 7 cases of solid tumors in 10 cases were located in the cerebellar vermis. 3 cases of acousitc neuromas were located in the cerebellopontine angle. Conclusion The key to reduce the CT missed-diagnosis of posterior fossa tumors was to be attention to the change of venturiculus shape and to use thin-slice and contrast-enhanced CT scans. [
