S100A7蛋白在喉鳞癌组织中表达的研究

摘　　要：目的研究S100A7蛋白在喉鳞癌组织中的表达,初步探讨其与喉鳞癌发生发展的关系。方法采用RT-PCR方法和Western-blot方法分别检测喉鳞癌组织、转移灶组织、正常喉粘膜组织及不同病理分化程度的喉鳞癌组织中S100A7基因转录水平及蛋白量的表达。结果 1.RT-PCR及Western-blot检测到喉鳞癌组织、转移灶组织、正常喉粘膜组织中均有S100A7的表达,其在喉鳞癌组织中高表达,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2.S100A7基因转录水平及蛋白表达量在高分化、中分化、低分化喉鳞癌组织中依次递增,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 S100A7在喉鳞癌组织中高表达,其表达量随病理分化程度降低而增高,S100A7可能参与了喉鳞癌的发生发展过程、可能与喉鳞癌的恶性进展有关。Objective To study the expression of S100A7 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, and explore the correlation between S100A7 and the occurrence and progression of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods RT-PCR and Western-blot were respectively used to detect the expression of S100A7 mRNA and protein in laryngeal squmaous carcinoma, metastasis ,normal laryngeal mucosa tissue and different pathological differentiation of laryngeal squamous carcinoma. Results 1. Both of the S100A7 mRNA and protein expressed in laryngeal squmaous carcinoma, metastasis and normal laryngeal mucosa tissue, markedly overexpressed in laryngeal squmaous carcinoma （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; 2. Obviously,the overexpression index of S100A7 mRNA and protein increased accompanied with the pathological differentiation degree decline. Conclusion S100A7 show high expressions in laryngeal squmous ceils carcinoma. The degree of expression of S100A7 has relevance to the pathological grading. Participating in malignant progression of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma,the S100A7 may play an important role in onset and progress of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
