摘　　要：本文介绍了创业导向的概念、维度及维度性,并对创业导向和企业绩效之间的关系做了简要回顾,包括创业导向与企业绩效的直接关系和第三方变量的调节和中介作用。最后,对创业导向的研究现状做了简要评述,提出了未来研究的相关建议。The concept, dimensions as well as the dimensionality of Entrepreneurial Orientation （EO） are introduced. Literature concerning about the relationship between EO and firm performance is reviewed, such as the direct effect, and the moderating and mediating effect of the third variable. Some simple comments about previous studies and suggestions for future research are also presented.
