低位直肠癌前切除术中胃肠吻合器的应用价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨低位直肠癌前切除术中胃肠吻合器的应用价值。方法选取2009年1月～2011年3月收治的低位直肠癌前切除术患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用荷包缝合治疗,观察组采用胃肠吻合器治疗,对比分析两组疗效。结果观察组生活质量评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义,观察组在吻合口漏的发生率上明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义,两组在肠功能紊乱、性功能障碍上无差异(P>0.05)。结论胃肠吻合器在低位直肠癌前切除术中效果明显,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the application value of low anterior resection for rectal cancer of gastrointestinal stapler. Methods 90 cases of low anterior resection for rectal cancer were selected from January 2009 to March 2011 and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group were treated with purse-string suture in the treatment, the observation group was treated with Gastrointestinal stapler, the efficacy were observed in each group. Results The observation group quality of life score significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）, the difference was statistically difference, in the observation group, the incidence of anastomotic leakage is obviously superior to the control group （P 〈 0.05）, he difference was statistically significant, the two group in functional bowel disorders, sexual dysfunction is no difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Gastrointestinal stapler in low anterior resection of rectal cancer has obvious effect, and is worthy of clinical application.
