复方樟柳碱治疗眼眶骨折伴有视神经挫伤疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨复方樟柳碱注射液治疗眼眶骨折伴有视神经挫伤的临床疗效。方法爆裂性眼眶骨折伴有视神经挫伤患者共56例(66只眼),全部进行"软组织复位+MEDPOR填充术"。对照组26例(30只眼)使用糖皮质激素、B族维生素。治疗组30例(36只眼)在对照组的基础上联用复方樟柳碱治疗,颞浅动脉旁皮下注射,2mL/次,1次/d,14d为1疗程,治疗3个疗程,观察并记录两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为88.9%,显著优于对照组(63.3%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组的视力视野均有不同程度的提高。结论复方樟柳碱注射液治疗外伤性视神经病变有明显效果,临床可行性、可靠性较好,毒副作用小,具有较高的临床价值。Objective To explore the clinical application of compound anisodine for orbital fracture with optic neuropathy. Methods 56 patients （66 eyes） of blowout fracture of the orbit with optic neuropathy were received ＂soft tissues reposition＋MEDPOR filling operation＂. 26 cases （30 eyes） in the control group was received Glucocorticoid and Vitamin B. 30 cases （36 eyes） in the treatment group compound anisodine injection by hypodermic injection beside superficial temporal artery. 2 mL a time and one time a day, 14 days one course and 3 course totally, and observed the clinical efficacy between the two groups. Results The total rate of the treatment in observed group was 88.9%, higher than the control group （63.3%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the vision and visual field in both two groups have their degree of increase. Conclusion Compound anisodine injection has obvious effects to cure traumatic optic neuropathy. It is feasible and safe and worth to clinical practice widely.
