摘　　要：目的　研究肺癌组织中第三号染色体短臂 ( 3P)上微卫星标志物的改变及其诊断价值。方法　应用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)结合微卫星银染法检测 3 2例肺癌和 15例良性肺部病变组织 3P2 4～ 2 5上的微卫星标志物的改变。结果　 3 2例肺癌病例中 5 0 % ( 16/3 2 )出现了微卫星标志物的改变 ,15例良性肺部病变组织中均未出现微卫星标志物的改变。结论　肺癌 3P上存在微卫星标志物改变。检测肺癌组织中微卫星标志物的特异性改变 ,对肺癌诊断有一定价值。? Objective To investigate the alteration of microsatellite markers on chromosome 3 in non small cell lung cancer and its value in diagnosing lung cancer.Methods Two microsatellite markers on chromosome 3P24-25 were examined in 32 cases of lung cancer tissue and 15 cases of benign pulmonary disease tissue.Results 16(50%) of 32 cases of lung cancer showed microsatellite alterations,and none of 15 cases of the benign pulmonary diseases did. The difference was highly significant (P<0.01).Conclusions There is microsatellite alteration marker on chromsome 3P in lung cancer,which is valuable in diagnosing lung cancer. 〔
