摘  要:基于模块化设计技术,研究了一种完全由直线电机驱动的新型四轴联动数控机床,并介绍了其基本结构型式。以该机床并联主轴模块为研究对象,基于虚功原理,并结合其运动学特性,建立了该主轴机构的刚体动力学模型。以此,提出了机床配重质量配比优化方法,对单边并联双直线电机驱动力进行了优化。结果表明:在相同运动规划条件下,该方法可显著降低电机负载功率,有效提升数控机床的动态性能。A novel 4--axis hybrid CNC machine tool driven completely by linear motors was pro- posed based on the modular design technology,and then its basic structure was described herein. Tak- ing parallel spindle mechanism as the research object, a dynamics model of parallel mechanism was built by utilizing the virtual work principle and kinematics characteristic analysis. And then a method of optimizing counterweight mass ratio was proposed to optimize the driving force of single--side par- allel dual linear motors based on the dynamics model. The results manifest that the driving force can be decreased significantly and the dynamic performance of machine tool can be improved better using this optimal method under the same motion profile.
