头帽肌激动器联合MBT矫治骨性Ⅱ类错的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨双期矫治治疗骨性Ⅱ类错的临床疗效。方法选择生长发育高峰期（10~13岁）的双期矫治27例,采用配对样本t检验的方法,通过头颅侧位定位片来比较的治疗前后的各测量值所发生的变化。结果 SNA减小1.34°,ANB减小1.82°,均有统计学意义。下颌长度平均增加了7mm,L1/MP增加3.78°,U1/SN减小9.5°,覆和覆盖分别减少4.3mm和5.4mm。结论双期矫治后的下颌有较多的生长,对下颌的生长有刺激作用,下切牙的唇倾明显、下唇略前突,覆和覆盖也能得到良好的控制。Objective To investigate the changes before and after two-stage treatment by comparing their effects on dento-maxillo-facial characteristics. Methods The study sample consists of 27 patients （aged between 10 to 13 years）. Paired t -tests were applied to compare the dento -maxillo -facial characteristics between before and after treatment measurements. Results SNA and ANB decreased by 1.34 and 1.82 degree respectively, the length increased by 7mm, L1/MP increased by 3.78 degree, U1/SN decreased by 9.5 degree, overbite and overjet decreased 4.3mm and 5.4mm respectively. Conclusion Two -stage treatment obtains good results. Mandibular growth is stimulated and has become larger. The low incisors proclinate more and the lower lips protrude more than before treatment. Overbite and overjet could be controlled.
