摘　　要：对经临床和用TPPA、USR、RPR方法诊断的 46例梅毒患者进行了分析 ,三者均为阳性的 42例 ,USR、RPR均为阴性 ,而TPPA阳性者 4例。TPPA是一种简单、敏感。An analysis was carried out for 46 cases of syphilis diagnosed by clincally and TPPA、USR、RPR、methods.42 cases were found positive with the three methods. in another 4 cases,both USR and RPR were negative while TPPA were positive. The results showed that TPPA was a kind of simple,sensitive and specific confirmative method for the diagnosis of syphilis.
