皮肤瘢痕癌中CDK4、CDK6蛋白的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨细胞周期素依赖激酶CDK4、CDK6蛋白在皮肤瘢痕癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测正常皮肤表皮、皮肤病理性瘢痕被覆上皮和瘢痕癌组织中CDK4、CDK6蛋白的表达。结果CDK4、CDK6蛋白在皮肤瘢痕癌组中呈阳性或强阳性表达,在皮肤病理性瘢痕组中呈弱阳性表达,在正常皮肤组中呈阴性或弱阳性表达。瘢痕癌组分别与正常皮肤组和皮肤病理性瘢痕组比较,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 CDK4、CDK6蛋白的过表达可能与瘢痕癌的发生具有相关性。Objective To investigate the expression and explore its significance of cyclin - dependent kinases4 （CDK4） and cyclin -dependent kinases6 （CDK6） in skin scar cancer. Methods The expres- sion of CDK4 and CDK6 protein in normal skin epithelial, pathological scar epithelial and skin scar car- cinoma tissue were determined by immunohistochemical staining. Results The expression level of CDK4 and CDK6protein were significantly higher in skin scar cancer group, compared with those in pathological scar epithelial group and normal skin epithelial group（P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The over- expression of CDK4 and CDK6 have any potential relevance with the occurrence of the skin scar cancer.
