摘　　要：烟草产品利税较高,在满足部分消费者需求的同时也是地方以及国家财政收入的重要来源。然而,由于控烟运动以及国家对烟草产量的控制,烟草业的发展前景十分有限,为求长远发展,多元化发展已成为烟草业广泛思考的课题。本文旨在介绍多元化发展的相关概念,分析其动因,并针对烟草业行业特征分析烟草产业进行多元化发展战略的可行性。Tobacco products have high profit and tax, they＇re important source of local and national revenue in addition to meet some consumers＂ demand. However, because of the world＇s tobacco control movement and the government＇s control over tobacco production, the development prospect of tobacco industry is not good. For the sake of long-term development, diversification development has aroused extensive attention.This article is aimed at introducing related concepts about diversification development, analyzing its development reasons,and analyzing the possibility of tobacco industry implementing multiplication strategy according to its industry characteristics.
