摘　　要：随着新装备的不断列装,如何快速形成新装备教学能力已经成为亟待解决的问题。在系统分析了新装备教学特点的基础上,从新老装备、不同培训层次和教学与科研工作三个方面阐述了形成新装备教学能力需要处理好的几个关系。With the admeasurement of the new equipment, the question how to form the new equipment teaching competence apace is becoming urgently resolved. Based on the systemic analysis of the teaching characteristic of the new equipment, several relations that need to be properly handled in the formation of new equipment teaching competence have be expatiate from the new and old equipment, the multiple-leveled students and the teaching and scientific research.
