摘　　要：本文以上海海洋大学物流工程培养计划为例,针对物流工程专业培养计划现状,以满足物流行业人才需求为目标,在分析其他高校物流工程专业和相近专业培养方案的基础上,提出了专业错位发展的核心理念,强调物流工程专业课程体系应依托本校学科优势,突出培养计划定位,并根据定位体现学校特色、融合行业特点、适应社会需要、服务地方经济。Aiming at current situation about undergraduate program for logistics engineering specialty, this paper takes logistics engineering specialty of Shanghai Ocean University as an example and analyzes the process of designing the undergraduate program for logistics engineering specialty. Our program is positioned clearly to meet the logistics engineering talent demand after comparing with logistics engineering of different colleges and universities and other professional training ones and combining with the advantages of disciplines of our university. According to the planning and positioning, curriculum systems of logistics engineering specialty are built to embody school characteristics, to combine with the industry characteristics, to meet the needs of society, and to serve the local economy.
