IEPP方案治疗难治性恶性淋巴瘤的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察IEPP联合化疗方案治疗难治性恶性淋巴瘤的疗效。方法:采用IFO 1.5g/~2,静滴、d1～5;Mesna0.4g,静注,于IFO静滴后0、4、8小时各一次,d1～5;Vp—16 100mg/m^2,静滴,d 1～5;DPP 20mg/m^2,静滴,d 1～5;PDN 70mg/m^2,口服,d 1～5。以上方案连用2～3周期。结果:全组13例,CR 2例,PR9例,总有效率84.61％。毒副反应主要是白细胞和血小板下降发生率分别达100％、46.1％,白细胞Ⅲ、Ⅳ度毒性为38.5％、23.1％。结论:IEPP方案治疗难治性恶性淋巴瘤疗效较为满意,虽有较明显的血液学毒性,但在小剂量C—CSF支持卜还是安全可行的。Objective: This study is to observe effect of IEPP combination regimen in the treatment of malignant lymphoma.Methods: 1.5 g/m2 IFO was administered iv by drop on d 1-5, mesna 0.4 g at 0,4,8 hrs after the administration of IFO on d 1 - 5; 100g/m2 Vp - 16 iv. by drop on d 1 - 5, 20mg/m2 cisplatin iv by drop on d 1 - 5 and 70g/m2 prednison orally on d 1 - 5. All the patients received two cycles of chemotherapy Results: In all 13 patients, 84.61 % of response rate were achieved with 2CR and 9PR. Main toxicity were neutropenia and thrombocytopenis with occurennce rate of 100% and 46.1% respectively. Ⅲ to Ⅳneutropenia were 38.5% and 23.1% .Conclusion: IEPP regimen in the treatment of malignant lymphoma achieved a satisfied re-sults. Though with severe myelosuppression, the regimen with the support of G - CSF is tolerable safely.
