摘　　要：运用知识网络理论、知识转移理论和技术扩散模型,探讨了知识网络中知识转移速度异变问题。按照疏密关系和强度关系将知识网络分为弱关联疏网、弱关联密网、强关联密网、强关联疏网等4种模式,认为在不同知识网络模式作用下,知识转移速度和加速度发生异变,并构建了知识转移速度异变机理模型。Analyzing from the theories of knowledge network, knowledge transfer and technology diffusion model, the article proposes the issue of mutation of knowledge transfer speed in knowledge network. Knowledge network is classified four modes by sparse-dense relationship and strength relationship. It thinks that by the effect of different structures of knowledge network , the mutation is occurred by knowledge transfer speed and acceleration . And then, the mutation mechanism model of knowledge transfer speed is constructed.
