摘  要:提出一种以改性的SiO2微球作为致孔剂制备多孔微球的方法.首先利用蒸馏沉淀聚合法合成单分散聚合物微球P(DVB-co-AA),用St觟ber法制备SiO2微球并对微球进行氨基化处理;通过2种微球上的羧基和氨基的氢键作用,使得P(DVB-co-AA)微球及SiO2微球自组装得到树莓状核-冠复合高聚物微球P(DVB-co-AA)/SiO2;以所得核-冠复合高聚物微球为核,再次蒸馏沉淀聚合在微球表面包覆一层PDVB聚合物,得到三层聚合物杂化微球P(DVB-co-AA)/SiO2/PDVB;最后经氢氟酸溶液刻蚀处理,SiO2微球被溶解,其所在区域形成孔洞,得到多孔聚合物微球P(DVB-co-AA)//PDVB.实验结果表明,此多孔微球的平均粒径为1.4μm,平均孔径大小为153 nm.A new preparation method of porous microspheres is presented with modified silica as the porogen. First, monodisperse mierospheres P(DVB-co-AA) are synthesized by distillation precipitation polymerization and the SiO2 mierospheres are prepared with St^ber method followed with amination process. Then the two microspheres are self-assembled to obtain raspberry like P (DVB-co-AA)/SiO2 core-corona microspheres through hydrogen bonding interactions between the carboxyl group of P(DVB-co-AA) and amin group of SiO2 mierospheres. The surface of the core-corona microspheres are coated with a layer of PDVB assemblages after second distillation precipitation polymerization and hybrid microspheres P (DVB-co-AA)/SiO2/PDVB are prepared. Finally, after etching treatment the hybrid microspheres in hydrofluoric acid solution, the SiO2 mierospheres dissolve with the region forming the holes, so that the porous polymer mierospheres P(DVB-co-AA)//PDVB are obtained. The test results show that the average particle diameter of the porous microspheres is about 1.4 μm and the pore size is about 153 nm.
