科技型中小企业可持续发展关键成功因素的实证研究

摘　　要：以能力为基础要素,从企业内、外部2个角度构建科技型中小企业可持续发展影响因素模型,并通过天津市科技型中小企业的实证数据对理论模型进行验证.结果表明:技术创新能力、市场机会感知能力、人力资源战略管理能力、组织变革能力、企业间知识交互能力以及员工创新行为激励能力是科技型中小企业持续发展的关键影响因素.By using competency-based elements, the model of influencing factors of sustainable development of tech SMEs is built from corporate internal and external perspectives. The theoretical models is validated through the empirical data of Tianjin high-tech SMEs. The results show that technological innovation capabilities, perception of market opportunity, strategic management capabilities of human resources, organizational change, corporate knowledge interactive capabilities and the capabilities of motivate employee innovation behavior are the key success factors of sustainable development of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises.
