摘 要:以海南种植生产的露兜簕果实为原料,没食子酸为标准品研究了福林酚比色法测定露兜簕果实中总多酚物质含量的最佳反应条件。结果表明,当Na2CO3溶液浓度为10%、福林酚试剂用量为1.5 mL、福林酚试剂与质量分数为10%的Na2CO3溶液体积比为3︰4、反应温度为40℃、反应时间为40 min时,总多酚的含量与吸光值呈良好的线性关系,测定方法的平均回收率为97.19%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.62%。该方法所用溶剂少、操作简单、灵敏度高、精密度高、稳定性好,适宜露兜簕果实中总多酚的测定。We investigated the optimum reaction conditions of Folin-Ciocalteu eolorimetry for the determination of Pandanus tectorius Soland using gallic acid as a reference. The results showed that when sodium carbonate solution concentration was 10%, the Folin-Ciocaheu reagent was 1.5 mL, the Folin-Ciocaheu reagent to 10% sodium carbonate solution(V/V)was 3:4, reaction temperature was 40℃, the reaction time was 40 rain, the ccontent of total polyphenols had a good linear relationship. The methods for determining the average recovery was 97.19%, relative standard deviation (RSD) was 4,62%. The method used less solvent, was simple operation, high sensitivity, high precision, good stability etc, and was suitable for the determination of total polyphenols in P. tectorius Soland.
