从社会网络角度对富士康跳楼事件的再分析

摘　　要：评估2010年富士康跳楼事件的相关文献,从社会网络角度对该事件进行内容分析,可以发现富士康的企业网络规模、网络地位和关系强度,员工的社会网络规模和关系强度,共同促成了该事件的发生。在工业化背景下,产业转型和城市化分别对企业和个人的社会网络产生重要影响,并进而影响到其行为和工作场所中的雇佣关系。Foxconn jump events had arose many attentions. Based upon relevant literatures on Foxconn suicides, this article studied the jump events from social network perspective. Both Foxconn＇s and employees＇ social network were analyzed in different aspects, such as network size, network status and strength of the relationship. The results demonstrated that with the rapid development of industrialization, economic and social transition had affected social network structure and relationship deeply, which impacted organization and employees＇ behavior and induced workplace conflicts further.
