高职酒店管理专业生产性实训教学中存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：当前,高职酒店管理专业生产性实训教学管理中存在着教学内容缺乏职业针对性与系统性、师资队伍缺乏实践经验等诸多问题。为此,须构建基于项目驱动的课程体系,规范生产性实训内容,改善生产性实训条件,提高教师水平,完善生产性实训教学过程,实现生产性实训全过程的质量监控,努力培养面向酒店管理、服务第一线需要的高素质技能型人才。Setting up the Major of Hotel Management in Higher Vocational Colleges is mainly to cultivate high skilled talents working in production, construction, management and service areas of hotel industry. The key to cultivate these talents in them is to improve their practical abilities. There are many problems in teaching system and management, so it is necessary to build up curriculum system of project drive, standard training content, improve training conditions and teachers＇abilities, make the production teaching perfect, and completely control the training, which is aimed at having sustainable development of teaching process and supplying some theoretical supports for hotel management major in higher vocational college.
