摘　　要：为了克服我国服装行业进出口绿色贸易壁垒,提高服装行业在激烈竞争市场上的核心竞争能力,提出对服装行业实施有效的绿色供应链管理,而绩效评价是实施绿色供应链管理的重要方式,文中针对服装行业目前的发展现状,通过构建以服装业业务流程、财务价值、可持续发展、客户服务和环境绩效为指标的绿色供应链绩效评价指标体系,利用模糊综合评价方法,对我国服装行业的绿色供应链绩效进行了评价。Performance evaluation is an important way in implementing strategy of green supply chain management. Aiming at the current situation of the development of garment industry, the paper establish the evaluation index system of supply chain performance in garment industry, and garment industry business processes, financial value, sustainable development, customer service and environmental performance are included in the index system. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is adopted to evaluate the green supply chain performance of our country＇ s garment industry.
