摘　　要：随着经济全球化的进一步加剧,供应链管理的地位与作用变得越来越重要,已经成为企业取得综合竞争优势的重要因素。但是随之而来的是供应链中的牛鞭效应对供应链的制约作用日趋严重,文中正是基于此重点分析了有效缩小供应链中牛鞭效应的方法。With the economic globalization, further exacerbating, the status and role of supply chain management is becoming increasingly important, has become an important factor for enterprises to obtain comprehensive competitive advantage. But the consequent worsening of the bullwhip effect in the supply chain to supply chain constraints, this article is based on focus effectively reduce the bullwhip effect in the supply chain.
