摘  要:目的:研究青翘正丁醇提取物的抑菌活性。方法:青翘正丁醇提取物以氯仿-甲醇为流动相通过硅胶柱层析得到不同极性组分。以大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、枯草芽孢杆菌为代表菌种,用κ-B纸片扩散法对不同极性组分的抑菌活性进行初步研究。结果:青翘正丁醇提取物各极性组分对供试菌具有一定的抑菌活性,但抑菌活性与各组分浓度不成正比关系。结论:青翘正丁醇不同极性组分对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、枯草芽孢杆菌均有抑制作用。Objective:To study antimicrobial activities of n-butanol extracts from green Forsythia suspense(Thunb.)Vahl.Methods:Different polar compositions of n-butanol extracts from green Forsythia suspense(Thunb.)Vahl were got by column chromatography on silica gel.Then antimicrobial activities of different polar compositions against Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus Subtilis,canidia Albicans and Escherichia coli were studied by κ-B disc diffusion method.Results:Different polar compositions of n-butanol extracts from green Forsythia suspense(Thunb.)Vahl showed antimicrobial activities against tested strains.But the antimicrobial activities of different polar compositions were not directly proportional to the concentration of extracts.Conclusion:Different polar compositions of n-butanol extracts possess antimicrobial activities on Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus Subtilis,canidia Albicans and Escherichia coli.
