创伤骨折对大白鼠肾功能的影响

摘　　要：为了观察创伤骨折对肾功能的影响 ,将成年 SD大鼠造成尺桡骨闭合性骨折 ,测定骨折后 2、6、1 0、1 5天的肾指数及肾中柠檬酸和乳酸脱氢酶的含量。结果表明 ,创伤骨折后肾指数明显下降 ,乳酸脱氢酶和柠檬酸含量升高。提示创伤骨折后肾微循环障碍。In order to observe the influence of trauma and fracture on the renal function, closed ulnar and radial fracture was made in SD adult rats, the renal indices and the levels of citric acid (CA) and lactic dehydrogenase (LDG) in the kidneys were measured on the 2nd, 6th, 10th and 15th days after the fracture. The results showed that after trauma and fracture, the renal indices were much lowered and the levels of CA and LHG in the kidneys were raised, suggesting the renal microcirculation disturbance after trauma and fracture.
