摘　　要：执政价值观是党的执政文化建设的核心要素,在党的执政实践中具有重要的认同内聚和精神引领的作用。党的执政价值观分为核心价值观和非核心价值观,核心价值观是立党为公、执政为民,非核心价值观是意识形态安全、民主法治、公平正义和经济社会可持续发展。它与党的执政文化建设紧密相联,在党的执政文化建设中具有重要的地位和作用。As the core elements about the governing culture of the CPC, governing values play the crucial roles of identity cohesion and mental guidance and are divided into core values and non -core values. The former is to establish the Party for the public, to govern for the people; the latter is ideological security, democracy and rule of law, fairness and justice, and sustainable development of economy and society, which are closely linked to and have an important position and role in the CPC＇ s governing cultural construction.
