高校理科类专业校企合作人才培养模式初探

摘　　要：高等教育的超常规发展以及社会需求的多样化,势必要求原有的本科院校人才培养模式发生相应的变革。校企合作是一种利用学校、企业不同的教育资源和教育环境,培养适合行业、企业需要的应用型人才为主要目标的人才培养模式,对理科类专业人才培养尤具必要性和可行性。为此必须更新观念,树立"理论教学和实践训练一体化"理念;建立稳定的校企合作基地,为学生实践能力的提高提供良好的实训平台。当然,在在合作培养中,高校不能盲从企业需求而丧失自己的传承创新功能,不能弱化课堂教育而矮化育人功能,企业应关注大学生的个人全面发展。The surprising development of higher education and the diversification of social requirement require colleges to do necessary reform of their original personal training mode. Cooperating school with enterprises is a new way of using different educational re- sources in distinctive environment to cultivate applicable talents proper for the needs of industries and enterprises. It is especially nee- essary and applicable for the cultivation of science students. From this perspective, it is significant to renew our teaching concept and establish the idea of ＂integrating the theoretical teaching with practical training＂ ; furthermore, it is important to set up the stable base for the cooperation of universities and enterprises, which provides good training platform for facilitating students＇ practicable ability. While higher education institutes should not discard their ability of heritage and innovation for the purpose of catering to enterprise＇ s needs blindly. Therefore, in order to cultivate university students in an all - around way, institutes should not weaken the function of classroom teaching to strengthen student＇ s practical ability training function.
