摘  要:美国学校"学生学习成果评估"的特点主要表现为:以大学内部评估为主的多主体评估;关注学生能力提高和个人发展的产出性评估;注重测量数据的综合性评估;强调不断改善教学的持续性评估;凸显证据文化的绩效性评估。其对我国的启示是:推进教育教学理念和评估理念的转向;改进学生学习成果评估的运行机制;建立专门的组织机构、配备专业的评估人员;形成学生学习成果评估的动力机制。The main characteristics of the American student learning outcomes assessment can be defined as follows: establishing the multi-subject assessment mechanism with the university internal assessment as domination, establishing the output assessment emphasizing the capacity improvement and personal development of students, paying attention to the comprehensive assessment of the metrical data; laying stress on the continuous assessment to improve teaching, highlighting the performance assessment based on evidence culture. Drawing lessons from the student learning outcomes assessment in American higher education, we should carry forward the transformation of the ideas of teaching and evaluating, improve the operational mechanism of student learning outcomes assessment, establish specialized organization with specialized evaluators, form the dynamic mechanism of student learning outcomes assessment.
