【Objective】To study the trends in blood rheology in patients with malignant tumor after chemotherapy and to explore the effect of PICC on hemorheology in patients with non-hematologic malignancies chemotherapy.【Methods】Were measured in 37 cases PICC(the experimental group) and 36 cases did not undergo(the control group) hemorheological changes in patients with non-hematologic malignancies before and after chemotherapy, observation the non-hematologic malignancies patients after chemotherapy changes in the hemarheology trends, and the situation of the hemorheology changes in patients with non-hematologic malignancies were compared between the two groups.【Results】The control group after chemotherapy, great majority hemorheological indicators were lower than those before chemotherapy(P 0.05);there were no hemorheological indicators differences between before and after chemotherapy in the group of row PICC(P 0.05);there were no hemorheological indicators differences between the two groups of patients after chemotherapy(P 0.05).【Conclusion】Rowed PICC on blood rheology have no effect in chemotherapy patients with non-hematologic malignancies.
