精准胰腺切除术在胰腺疾病治疗中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨精准胰腺切除术治疗胰腺疾病的价值及其特点。方法回顾分析我院2010~2012年行精准胰腺切除术治疗12例胰腺疾病的临床资料。术前根据胰腺CTA影像资料判断分析胰腺疾病的手术适应症、手术方法、术中控制出血及围手术期处理等问题。结果手术后并发症发生率为16.6%,无手术死亡,所保留的器官功能良好。结论精准胰腺切除术后最大限度的保留了器官的功能,围手术期并发症发生率低,住院时间短。【Objective】To explore the value of pancreatectomy in treatment of pancreatic diseases.【Methods】 The clinical data of 12 patients with pancreatic diseases treated with pancreatectomy in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.Pre-operative was obtained based on helical CT and three-dimensional reconstruction.The present study is aimed to explore the incidence of pancreatectomy,the medthod of surgical procedure and the management of pre and postoperation with pancreatic diseases.【Results】The complication rate was 16.6% after the operation,the death rate was zero.Retained by the organ function was good.【Conclusion】Accurate after precise pancreatectomy maximum retained the organ function,perioperative complications low,shorter hospitalization time.
