摘  要:介绍了一种基于西门子S7-400H PLC和WinCC的煤矿通风机变频集控系统的硬件和软件设计。该系统为煤矿通风机改造而设计,可集中控制2台通风机的软启动、软停车的动态过程,根据实际通风需要改变电机转速,操作简单,克服了传统的调节风门大小控制通风机风量的耗能问题,并且能够通过上位机监控软件实现对通风机各种运行参数的实时监测、报警。A hardware and software design of mine ventilator variable-frequency control system based on Siemens S7-400H PLC and WinCC is introduced in this paper. It is for reformation of a coal mine, the dynamic process-soft start and soft stop of two ventilators could be controlled centrally, the motor speed could be changed according to actual necessary, the system operates easily and overcomes traditional problems in energy consumption-the wind rate of ventilator could be controlled by adjusting the opening of damper. Also all kinds of data of ventilator in real-time can also be monitored and alarmed by monitoring software on the computer.
