摘 要:传统的MC供应链中只设置了一个CODP,为了更好满足不同定制程度的客户、提高客户满意度,理论上有一些学者提出在供应链中设置多个CODP。在设置了多个CODP的供应链中,其库存问题变得更加复杂。本文首先对在MC供应链中设置一个CODP和设置多个CODP的库存情况进行了分析,然后基于系统动力学对单与多CODP供应链库存进行了仿真建模,并用汽轮机生产的案例及其相关数据进行了仿真论证。结果表明:从库存角度来看,单CODP供应链的CODP处总库存较少,多CODP的在制品量较少,多CODP供应链模式中的在制品库存控制得较好。The traditional MC supply chain only set up single CODE In order to meet different custom degree of customers' need, and to improve customer satisfaction, some scholars set multiple CODP in supply chain in theory. In supply chain with multi-CODE the inventory becomes more complicated. The paper firstly analyzes the inventory in MC supply chain with single CODP and multi-CODE then builds inventory simulation modeling of supply chain with single CODP and multi-CODP based on system dynamics. Finally, uses the case of turbine production and related data to simulate and demonstrate. The results show that: in the perspective of inventory, the total inventory at the CODP of supply chain with single CODP is less, while the total work in progress of multi- CODP supply chain is less. And the total work in progress of supply chain with multi-CODP controls better.
