摘　　要：根据农村居民点用地特征,结合淇县实际情况,从土地利用的结构、程度、投入程度和产出效益4个方面建立农村居民点用地集约利用评价指标体系.利用层次分析法确定指标权重,运用多因素综合评价方法计算综合分值,采用聚类分析将农村居民点用地集约利用程度分为优化整理利用、加强整理利用和重点整理利用3级,并阐述各级别在今后土地集约利用方面的对策.Based on the characteristics of rural residential land, combined with the actual situation of Qi County, taking four factors the structure of land use, the degree of land use, the inputs of land use and land use efficiency into account, the rural residential areas intensive use evaluation system was established. Using AHP to determine the index weights, and the method of multi-factor comprehensive evaluation to calculate the comprehensive scores, and by means of cluster analysis, township residential land intensive use was classified into 3 levels optimization arrangement using , strengthen finishing using and key finishing using, and the future land intensive use countermeasures were expounded.
