摘 要:运用地理加权回归(GWR)模型方法,探讨了河北省农村居民点节约集约空间分布规律及地均固定资产投资、地均乡村户数、人均GDP、财政收入等影响因子,结果表明,河北省农村居民点节约集约的4个影响因子存在着较大的空间异质性,用GWR模型估计的4个因子的系数有正有负;每变动1个单位,各影响因子对农村居民点节约集约影响顺序由大到小为:地均固定资产投资、地均乡村户数、人均GDP、财政收入;河北省农村居民点节约集约利用水平纵向上自南向北逐渐减小,横向上自西向东递减.GWR模型可对河北省农村居民点节约集约空间变化性进行良好的估计,揭示出节约集约空间分布规律.This paper,using geographically weighted regression(GWR) model, explores the spa^ce dis- tribution law about rural residential areas intensive conservation in Hebei Province and the impacting factors, for example, real investment in fixed assets, per rural households in land, per capita GDP, fiscal revenue and so on. It shows that these four factors exist large spatial heterogeneity . The coefficients estimated by the GWR model are both positive and negative. Real investment in fixed assets, per capita GDP, fiscal revenue and per rural households in land descend, if it changes in one unit. The intensive conservation level of rural residential areas in Hebei Province decreases gradually from south to north on longitudinal and from west to east in the transverse. The GWR model has a good estimate in spatial variability and reveals the space distribution law about rural residential areas intensive conservation in Hebei Province.
