摘　　要：以四 (十二烷基 )碘化铵为电活性物质 ,制成了对一系列阴离子响应的 PVC膜ISFET化学传感器 ,测定了对几种阴离子的响应斜率和检测范围 .该传感器具有较高的稳定性 ,重现性和选择性 ,并且制作简单、转换方便。To use tetradodecyl ammonium iodide as electrical actine material, a ISFET chemi cal sensor with PVC membrane which can respond to sereral kinds of minus ions is prepared. The responding slopes and limits to the ions are also determined. The sensor has better stability, reproducibility and sele stivity, and its prepara tion is simple. So, it is fit to the one shot and multifunctional determindtion instrument.
