摘　　要：系统阐述了 CAD技术在 MCM设计中的作用、MCM CAD的环境及 MCM CAD的方法和流程 ,指出了目前国内外 MCM CAD技术的发展现状和发展趋势 ,分析了目前 MCM CAD设计技术的研究热点。Advantages of CAD technology in the design of multi chip modules(MCM′s) are described The integrated design environments, as well as techniques and procedures for computer aided design of MCM′s, are also systematically illustrated in this article And the status quo of the MCM CAD technology in the world and its development trend are examined Meanwhile, several issues in this field are discussed
