加味温胆汤对抑郁模型大鼠八臂迷宫空间学习记忆能力的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味温胆汤对抑郁模型大鼠八臂迷宫空间学习记忆能力的影响。方法:以孤养结合慢性不可预见性应激抑郁模型大鼠为研究对象,在实验第7、14、21、28 d,检测各组大鼠体质量增长数(△W),糖水消耗量,八臂迷宫行为学指标。结果:①体质量增长数变化:21 d,28 d时,与空白组比较,模型组降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,中、西药组升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。②糖水消耗量变化:21 d,28 d时,与空白组比较,模型组减少(P<0.01);与模型组比较,中、西药组增多(P<0.05或P<0.01)。③八臂迷宫行为学变化:21 d,28 d时,模型组大鼠走完八臂迷宫所用时间、错误总数高于空白组(P<0.01),首错前正确数低于空白组(P<0.05或P<0.01),中、西药组大鼠走完八臂迷宫所用时间、错误总数少于模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01),首错前正确数高于模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:加味温胆汤具有改善抑郁模型大鼠空间学习记忆能力的作用,其治疗效应的变化规律为,21 d显效,随着干预时间的延长,28d时效果进一步增强。Objective：To explore the effect of Jiawei Wendan Decoction on spatial learning and memory capability in Radial Maze of depression model rats. Methods ： Isolated depression model rats, as research objects,lived unpredictable chronic stress. At 7^th, 14^th ,21^st ,28^th day of the experiment, we detected increased weight, amount of syrup consumption and behavioral indicators of Radial Maze of each group rats. Results ：①Changes of weight： at 21st ,28th day, compared with the blank group, the index of rats weight was reduced in the model group（ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; but when compared to the model group, the index was increased in Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine treatment group （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. ② Changes of syrup consumption ： at 21 ^st ,28th day, compared to the blank group, the index of syrup consumption was decreased in the model group（ P 〈 0.01 ） ; while compared to the model group, the index was increased in Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine treatment group （P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ）. ③Behavioral indicators in Radial Maze： at 21st,28 th day,compared with the blank group,the model group spent more time in finishing the Radial Maze and maked more mistakes and the number of correct behaviors before the first mistake was lower（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. While compared to the model group, Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine treatment group both spent more time in finishing the Radial Maze and maked more mistakes and the number of correct behaviors before the first mistake was higher（P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： The anti - depressant effect of Jiawei Wendan Decoction showed improving the spatial learning and memory capability of depression model rats and its changes rule ： onset time is at 218 day and developing better effects at 28th day.
