阳虚、阴虚体质在大学生中的流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的:通过对河南中医学院本科生体质的流行病学调查,研究阳虚、阴虚体质在大学生中所占的比率及主要特征表现。方法:采用《中医体质量表》对3007例本科生进行横断面体质现状调查。结果:阳虚体质758人(25.2%),其中女生332人,男生426人,男女生分布没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。其主要的特征表现为手脚发凉、怕冷多衣、不耐寒冷。阴虚体质722人(24%),其中女生310人,男生412人,男女生分布具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。其主要的特征表现为口唇干燥、眼睛干涩、口干咽燥欲饮水。结论:在大学生中阳虚阴虚质所占比例较大,可以根据其所特有的特征表现,依据其发病的倾向性,对两种偏颇体质进行干预,"治未病",做到防患于未然。Objective ： To analyze the characteristics and the proportion of YIN and YANG deficiency constitutions in Henan University of TCM. Methods ：3007 students were investigated by using a cross-sectional field investigation with a questionnaire based on the Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire. Results：758 eases with constitution of Yang-defieiency were found （25. 2% ） , in which there were 332 girls and 423 boys ,the difference of the composition ratio in different gender wasn＇t significant（ P 〉 0.05 ）, and feeling cold with hands and feet, wanted more clothes and couldn＇t bear cold were the main manifestations. There were 310 gifts and 412 boys in 722 cases of Yin-deficiency constitution（24% ） ,and the difference of the composition ratio in different gender was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The principal manifestations were lip and eyes feeing dry and thirst. Conclusion ： Yang and Yin deficiency constitutions among college students have large proportion. In order to prevent people from being trapped by diseases, we should adjust the two biased constitutions before the onset of illness, according to its unique characteristics and the possibility of morbidity.
