复方苦参注射液联合帕米膦酸二钠治疗骨转移的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方苦参注射液辅助治疗骨转移瘤的临床疗效。方法:将128例骨转移瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组(n=68)采用复方苦参注射液和帕米膦酸二钠联合治疗,对照组(n=60)采用单纯帕米膦酸二钠治疗,治疗结束后观察两组患者的镇痛效果,不良反应及血清碱性磷酸酶等变化。结果:两组患者疼痛的缓解率,血清碱性磷酸酶下降的有效率等比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液联合帕米膦酸二钠治疗骨转移瘤患者疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective：To discuss the effect of Compound Kushen Injection adjuvant therapy for bone metastasis. Methods ：128 cases of bone metastasis were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. 68 cases in treatment group were treated with Compound Kushen Injection and Pamidronate Disodium. 60 cases in control group were only treated with Pamidronate Disodium. The analgesic effect, adverse reactions and serum alkaline phosphatase changes in two groups were observed. Results ： The pain re- mission rate and the effective rate of serum alkaline phosphatase decrease in two groups had significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Compound Kushen Injection and Pamidronate Disodium has obvious effect on bone metastasis and is worthy of application in clinic.
