特色库维护策略研究——以葛洪专题文献数据库为例

摘　　要：针对当前图书馆特色库建好后缺少维护而形成数据孤岛或死库导致资源使用率低的现状,以葛洪专题文献数据库为例,进行特色库维护的现状与意义、资源完善与用户行为处理等方面的研究。利用制度、人员、经费、内容更新、系统环境、知识产权、用户隐私等处理策略,并对用户行为进行数据存储、统计分析与数据挖掘,实现数据增值服务,系统配置优化与内容更新,以期长期科学维护特色库、提升用户使用体验、提高特色资源利用率。Just after being built,many characteristic databases become a data island or a dead database,which results in the poor utilization.In order to solve the problems,taking Gehong special literature database as an example,the paper discusses the present situation and significance of the maintenance,studies the resource perfecting and the user＇s behavior management,realizes the value-added services,optimizes system configuration,and updates the contents of the database by using the managing strategies as system,personnel,funds,content updates,system environment,intellectual property,and user privacy,as well as the data storage,the statistical analysis and data mining for users＇ behavior,aiming at maintaining the database for long term storage,and improving the experience of the users,and increasing the utilization ratio of the resources.
