摘　　要：资源共享共建是图书馆事业发展方向。我国大学城的建设以及现代通讯技术的发展,为大学图书馆之间联合提供了坚实基础。文章以福州大学城图书馆联盟的建设发展情况为研究对象,从体制、思想观念、环境、资金等方面探讨非技术因素对大学图书馆联盟的影响,寻求相应的解决方案,为大学城图书馆联盟持续发展提供理论依据。The library ship will develop towards co-construction and sharing of resources.The university library coalition is provided solid foundation by construction of the university town in our country and the development of modern communication.The object of study is the construction and development in Fuzhou university town library alliance and discuss the influence of the university town library alliance from non-technical factors such as system,the idea,environment and capital.The authors try to seek for the corresponding solutions in order to provide the theory basis in sustainable development for university town library alliance.
