摘　　要：在阐述高校创建学习型党组织必要性的基础上,指出了高校学习型党组织建设应着力于建立共同愿景、完善学习机制、创新学习形式和载体等方面的建设。Based on the necessities of building up learning- orientated Paw/organization in colleges, this paper points out that its construc- tion focus are common vision, study mechanisms improvement, and learning style and platform innovation.
