高校辅导员队伍建设成效综合评价研究——以H省25所省属本科院校为例

摘　　要：通过分析高校辅导员队伍建设现状,借鉴国内外相关研究成果,构建了高校辅导员队伍建设成效综合评价指标体系,并利用改进的层次分析法和多级模糊评价法,对H省25所省属本科院校辅导员队伍建设成效进行了实证分析。结果表明,近年来H省省属本科院校辅导员队伍建设成效显著,整体情况良好,但是院校之间的差距也比较明显。China attaches great importance to the college counselors ranks. The counselor has become sue, but also a matter of practice, and have a great influence on the sustainable development of Higher Education. The evaluation of the construction of College Counselors Team, it is conducive to the promotion of professional counselors, and professional development. By analyzing the status of the college counselor team building, drawing on relevant research results at home and abroad, to build the comprehensive evaluation index system of college counselors effectiveness of team building, and taking advantage of the improved analytic hierarchy process and multi-level fuzzy evaluation method, this paper selected 25 universities in H province and conducted an empirical analysis. The empirical analysis shows that it is significant achievements of the construction of the university counselors in H province in recent years, but this is unbalanced between each university.
