摘 要:为解决空间飞行器绕飞中控制系统的仿真问题,提出了一种基于RTX实时操作系统的半实物仿真平台,通过1553B和VMIC进行各设备的信息交互,使"虚拟环境"与"真实环境"有效地结合,实现了在机械、电气、控制与软件等多学科交互作用下控制系统特性的仿真与验证。该仿真平台在部分实物短缺情况下,可采用仿真机对这些实物进行功能和电气接口的模拟,提前进行控制系统半实物仿真试验,具有良好的可扩展性,仿真验证的可信度和重复使用率,为在轨服务装备和反卫星作战武器控制系统的仿真提供了一套非常实用的半实物仿真平台,并以美国轨道快车的试验条件为输入信息,进行了实际控制系统的仿真验证。To solve the problem of the simulation on spacecraft' s control system in fly-around mission, a hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform based on Real-Time extension(RTX) was proposed. Information interaction among devices is conducted by using 1 553 B and VMIC, which effectively aombine combined the "virtual environment" and "real environment" achieving achieved the validation of the control system with interaction of multidisciplinary work of mechanics, electricity, controlling and software. Even under the circumstane of equipment absence, this simulation platform can carry out the hardware-in-the-loop simulation experiment on the functioned and electrical interface by simulation method. The platform simulation can not only accelerate the research, but also has great extendibility, which can greatly improve both the reliability and reuse of the simulation. It is a very effective hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform, which can be broadly used in the simulation of control system of orbit services facilities as well as anti-satellite weapons, and the real time control system has also been validated regarding experimental conditions of orbital express as input information.
