摘　　要：目的阐明病案管理在医疗纠纷中的作用。方法分析病案管理与医疗纠纷产生原因的关系。结果必须采取切实可行的措施，提高病案管理水平，防范医疗纠纷。结论病案管理水平高低在医疗纠纷处理过程中具有相当的重要性。Objective To illustrate the role of medical record management in medical disputes. Methods Analyzed the relationship between medical record management and the causes of medical disputes. Results Some feasible measures must be taken to improve the level of medical record management and prevent the medical disputes. Conclusion The level of medical record management plays an important role in settlinz medical disDutes.
