摘　　要：随着终身教育的发展日益扩大,学分银行教育管理模式的逐步完善,终身学习体系中的教务管理任务越来越繁重和艰巨。在分析了传统的学历教育、非学历教育的教务管理系统的基础上,设计了一个全新的终身学习体系教务管理系统。它能够在学历教育和非学历教育、职业教育和普通教育之间无缝连接,数据互通,学分互认,实现教务管理的科学性和规范化,实现学习者对学习的自我管理,减轻教务管理者的工作压力,在一定程度上推进终身学习体系的构建与完善。Accompanying with the increasing expansion of lifelong education and the gradual improvement of educational man- agement models for the credit bank system, academic management tasks within the lifelong learning system have been nmch more strenuous and arduous. In the analysis of the academic management system in traditional academic and non-academic edu- cation, a brandnew academic management system associated with lifelong learning setup has been designed. It can not only achieve seamless connection, data exchange and credit transfer and accmnulation between academic education and nonacademic education, vocational education and general education, but realize scientificity and standardization of the academic administration as well as learners＇ self-management in learning. In addition, it can ease the educational adminstrators＇ working pressure, and therefore establishment and perfection of the lifelong learning system can be promoted to a certain extent.
