儿童急性混合细胞性白血病胞浆抗原检测的意义

摘　　要：为分析儿童急性混合细胞性白血病 (AMLL)免疫表型、胞浆抗原表达特点 ,用间接免疫荧光法对 6 7例儿童急性白血病 (AL)进行免疫分型 ,发现AMLL 7例 ,其中 5例T/BAMLL ,T/髓细胞 (M)及B/MAMLL各 1例。 2例T/BAMLL结合膜抗原胞浆抗原表达诊断。结果表明免疫表型、胞浆抗原检测对儿童AMLL的诊断具有重要意义。To further studies of childhood acute mixed lineage leukemia(AMLL),The authors examined 67 children with acute leukemia by using indirect immunofluorescence method.Seven cases of AMLL were determined according to the results of their immunophenotype and cytoplasmic antigen expression.Among them,five cases were T/B AMLL,1 case T/M AMLL,and 1 case B/M AMLL.Two of T/B AMLL were diagnosed based on the co expression of membrane and cytoplasm antigens.It is indicated that the examinations of immunophenotype and cytoplasmic antigen were of significance for the diagnosis of childhood AMLL.
