摘　　要：法国中等农业职业教育培养了大量高素质农业从业人员,是法国农业实现现代化的有力保障。法国农业中职教育有农业职业高中、农业技术高中和学徒培训中心三种形式,在办学规模与水平、管理方式、就业衔接等方面居于全球领先地位,具有由教育协会主导、政府监管、社会广泛参与,学校数量众多,课程设置灵活合理,管理严格等特点。总结其发展经验,可以为我国农业中职教育的发展提供参考。Secondary agricultural vocational education in France has contributed to the success of French agricultural undertakings through training a large number of high-quality agricultural workers and farmers. The French secondary agricultural vocational education is offered in three forms： agricultural vocational school, agricultural technical school and training center for apprentices. The French secondary agricultural vocational education is in a leading position in the world in terms of scale, level, management and graduation-employment linking. This study analyzed French agricultural vocational educational features including education association guidance, government supervision, public involvement, large number of schools, sound setup of curriculum, and strict management and summed up the experience of secondary agricultural vocational education in France, and provided suggestions and implication for the development of counterpart education in China.
