摘　　要：植物生产类专业卓越农业人才培养模式以提高实践能力为重点,以培养适应农业经济发展需要的植物生产类专门人才为目标,探索高校与有关部门、行业企业、科研院所以及实际用人部门联合培养人才的新途径。为了培养合格的植物生产类专业卓越农业人才,必须对原有师资队伍、人才培养方案、实践教学条件等人才培养过程中存在的主要问题进行系统剖析,应在青年教师实践能力培养、提高教师教学积极性、制定科学的人才培养方案以及建设完善的农科教结合实践基地等方面采取切实可行的措施。The new mode of training excellent agricultural talents in the Plant-Production Specialty takes thepractical skill as the priority, the specialized personnel of plant-production for the agricultural development as the objective and the cooperation with the enterprise, research institutes and other agricultural businesses as the approach. In order to realize this goal, we should analyze the major existing problems in the undergraduate programs in the aspects of faculty, program setup, syllabus and practice teaching facilities, pay attention to the junior faculty＇s practical operation skills training, enhance the teachers＇ initiatives, perfect the talent training program and curriculum and set up the practice base with agricultural business/research/teaching combination.
