摘　　要：高校科技创新平台与学科之间存在着互相依存、互相促进的辩证关系。结合湖南农业大学科技创新平台建设实践,阐述了创新平台建设的指导思想,以及统筹规划,重点建设;错位竞争,特色发展;学校引导,多方共建和平台、人才、项目、学科一体化建设等原则。通过制定创新平台中长期建设规划、举全校之力建设创新平台、大力实施"1515"人才工程、扎实推进创新平台集群建设、规范管理提升创新平台服务水平等战略举措,促进平台快速发展,为学科建设提供有力支撑。Platform for scientific and technological innovation and discipline development in universities has the dialectical relationship of interdependence and mutual promotion.Based on the practice of setting up platform for scientific and technological innovation in Hunan Agricultural University,this paper states the guiding ideology/guideline of the innovation platform,and introduces principles,such as overall planning,key construction;dislocation competition,development with its own features;guidance by the school,construction by multi-parties;and the platform,talents,projects and discipline＇s integration process.By means of strategic measures,such as making innovation platform＇s long-term construction planning,making efforts by the whole university to build the innovation platform,carrying out the ＂1515＂ Talents Project,promoting the innovation platform＇s cluster construction,and regulating management and promoting the service level of the innovation platform,it can promote the platform＇s development rapidly,and make powerful support for the discipline development.
